20 Aug Update on Indiana’s New Permitting System

Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) and the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) have continued to make progress in the development of their new online ordering system.  By collaborating with ProMiles they will develop a system that is safe, accurate, and efficient.

In late August they anticipate employees of DOR, INDOT, and the Indiana State Police to begin thorough testing of the system by internal users.

If the testing goes as planned, they will expand beta testing with external users in late September.

If both internal and external testing is successful and additional programming is not necessary, the new system could be available as early as Fall 2020!

This is great news as we have been anxiously awaiting this new system! We will keep you updated on the progress and hope to be able to provide sneak peeks into the new system features!
