Winter Storm Blair continues to drop heavy snow and ice from the Midwest to the Mid-Atlantic. While road crews are out in force across all states impacted, Blair continues to cover the roadways in many states. As a courtesy to the industry we have compiled a list of states impacted along with information on current road conditions. - IA: Roadway must be clear of ice and snow; visibility must be at least ¼ mile or travel is not authorized for permitted loads. Road Conditions
- KS: Roadways highlighted in blue, purple or red travel is not authorized for permitted loads. Road Conditions

- PA: Roadways highlighted in purple- no empty tractor trailers, orange- no empties or loaded tandem trailers without chains or ATD onboard, blue- no commercial vehicles without chains or ADT onboard, red- no commercial vehicles; Road Conditions
- SD: Travel is not permitted when visibility is reduced to ½ mile or less, when road surface is slippery due to snow, ice, slush or frost; Road Conditions
- UT: Travel not authorized when visibility is less than 1000’ or any accumulation of snow or ice on the roadway; Road Conditions
