The Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association

SC&RA is an international trade association of more than 1,400 members from 46 nations. In the pursuit of improved safety, efficiency, productivity and profitability for member companies in the specialized transportation, crane and rigging industry, SC&RA successfully advocates on the industry’s behalf to worldwide governing bodies and policy makers as well as state & local officials. Membership provides free or reduced-rate access to the latest in safety best practices, risk-mitigation techniques, team-cultivation exercises, advice on impending regulatory concerns, equipment inspection standards and employee recruiting solutions designed to get you the right people.

Kentucky Trucking Association

KTA is a trade association representing the interests of, and serving as the voice for, Kentucky’s trucking industry. The association is highly visible in its efforts to encourage legislation and regulations that are fair and equitable to the trucking industry and to the public. KTA advances transportation service by providing leadership knowledge, experience, and assistance to persons and firms engaged in the highway transportation industry. Membership benefits include events with seminars, workshops and classes that allows members to learn and grow in their profession. Outside of the official events, members have constant opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and mentorship that allow members to share experience and knowledge.

Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association

OOIDA is an international trade association with a mission to serve owner-operators, small fleets and professional truckers; to work for a business climate where truckers are treated equally and fairly; to promote highway safety and responsibility among all highway users; and to promote a better business climate and efficiency for all truck operators. A full-time office in the nation’s capital allows access to lawmakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders to promote ideas that make sense and fight back against those that don’t. Membership gives access to meaningful resources and information as well as exclusive benefit programs and member savings on products and services from partner companies.
