The USDOT number was not found, or is listed as inactive with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration).
Verify that the number entered is correct; if the number entered is incorrect, please resubmit your application.

If the number entered is correct you must contact the FMCSA support team at 1-800-832-5660 or online at https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/ to update your status.

Once your company USDOT is updated to active status please start your Permit America New Customer Application.
