Application Error
Permit America uses MOTUS to verify USDOT numbers and Operating Authority.
The USDOT number with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
What You Should Do:
- Verify your USDOT number Make sure the number you entered is correct.
- If your USDOT number is correct You must contact the FMCSA support team:
- Once your USDOT status is updated to ACTIVE, please complete the Permit America New Customer Application.
- If incorrect, please resubmit your application with the correct number.
